The skirt is short in length wise, but very wide in the waist. It has white shorts attached under the skirt that are a bit to short and tight. The skirt itself is thin material. It is very cute looking. I bought a size 5 for my granddaughter who is 42 pounds. It fit her length wise, but was to wide in the waist, but she is on the smaller side. I would only wash it on delicate and hang to dry. It wrinkles after washing.

Cute but needs improvement

Cute. Like the deep green background. Would’ve definitely preferred it NOT to have integrated shorts. My daughter usually wears with tights, so the shorts are redundant and uncomfortable. Separate playground shorts are so much more practical, versatile and comfortable. Pockets would also have been a plus. TTS.
