Very cute design but sizing runs small

Very cute sweater, but runs small. After one wash it has shrunk just enough that now it barely fits. My daughter is a petite 5 yr old (about 42” tall) and the 5T is almost too small - the sleeves are just long enough and it’s short in the torso.
