They run very large.

I bought them in a US size 2 based on the size chart; my daughter's foot measures 20.3 cm (7.99 inches), but they are extremely big on her. We had intended for her to wear them to an event in September, but instead, we will put them away and hope that by next May—her birthday—her foot will have grown enough for her to wear them. Unfortunately, I cannot return them because I don't have the time to go through that process.
