I have bought this dress twice now, hoping that the second dress would fit a little differently because the first dress was definitely flawed imo. The flaw lies in the length of the halter straps which are too short. My granddaughter complained that she felt like she was being choked. It doesn’t show very well in the picture, but on the side view of the neck, you can see the strap kind of digging into the skin. I gave the dress two stars because it is such a cute dress, but the fit on my granddaughter was not comfortable.
